City Not Escaped as Being in the 'Group of Death'

Manchester City not only has not qualified
for the Champions League last 16, but
even threatened aground of the event. It
was claimed that City are in a very serious
group. In Matchday 5, the City must
recognize the benefits of Napoli. The
result left Naples and the City are now
competing to be with Bayern Munich to
qualify from Group A. With Napoli now
has eight points and seven City, victory in
the last Matchday not guarantee the
Citizens qualify if at the same time Napoli
also won. Given the massive spending that
has done okay gait City and Roberto
Mancini's team in the Premier League, the
condition has not been thrown away and
threatened in the Champions League is
definitely bad. However, Vincent
Kompany to defend his team. According to
the Belgian player, the City deserved
trouble because they get the toughest
group.
"So far we are in toughest Champions
League group. We (terundi) in the pot three
or four pots, so we can certainly heavy
opponents," he said at Metro.co.uk. "That's
the reason why we still have to struggle
to escape, this is a tough group," concluded
Kompany. On the final matchday that
will be held two weeks ahead, the City
will host Bayern Munich while Villarreal
Napoli visit to the headquarters of the
confirmed knocked out of European
competition. "We must hope that
Villarreal could give a good fight but I'm
confident we can win at the next party, it's
not a problem," said Kompany.
