Lions boss Kenny Jackett is desperate to add
some firepower to his shot-shy squad and is
waiting to hear back from Oakwell after
enquiring about the 23-year-old earlier this
week.
Jackett told News Shopper: "We did make an
enquiry on Tuesday but since then there has
been no contact.
"I don't know if that is the end of it, I'm
waiting to hear back but I haven't heard
anything for a couple of days now.
"We talked to Barnsley on Tuesday and we
put some proposals together but for
whatever reason it hasn't happened.
"They seemed very keen at the time but it
hasn't happened yet."
