Kean confirms defender boost
The Rovers chief has spoken out on Dann,
who it was initially thought would be
missing for up to six weeks due to the injury
he suffered in the home defeat to West
Brom in mid-December.
However, Dann is well ahead of schedule
and, while the visit of Fulham to Ewood Park
on Saturday is set to come too soon, Kean
feels he has every chance of lining up against
the Toffees at Goodison Park on Saturday
week.
"Scott has made great progress," he told the
club's official website.
"It was originally thought that he would be
sidelined for at least six weeks, but he is back
training inside a month and very close to
returning to match action, which is obviously
great news."
